Inverthorn Finance provides developers with innovative and flexible financial funding solutions to enable them to maximise their deal-making potential. We work closely with developers to understand their businesses so that we can act as finance partner of choice.
Our flexible and responsive financial solutions allow developers to be more competitive in the acquisition stage and more effective in developments by allowing them to concentrate on their area of expertise.
We are particularly interested in working with developers exhibiting the following characteristics:
- Good track record
- Significant portfolio of investment property demonstrating the track record
- Early stage development
- Total development cost of £3m - £30m
- Returns on total project cost > 20% per annum
However, the company will consider any development on its individual merit.
Prospective deals are funded either with discretionary capital or through partnership with equity providers.
Inverthorn has two property finance funds:
- A mezzanine finance fund provides secondary debt lending of up to 90% loan to cost
- A bridging finance fund that lends up to 80% loan to value
In addition to providing capital, Inverthorn looks to add value through:
- Tax-efficient structuring of developer participation in deals
- Extensive structured finance experience
