Planning Application Successful

Inverthorn has been successful in its planning application to change the use of 6 Lincoln’s Inn Fields from commercial to residential. This reflects the council’s wish for the northern terrace of this prestigious Georgian square to revert to high-spec residential use over the next few years.

New Investment Opportunity in Wentworth Estate

An offer from Inverthorn to acquire one of the largest sites on the Wentworth Golf Estate in Surrey in an off-market transaction has been accepted. Inverthorn is conducting due-diligence on the transaction and plans to build a high-specification house on the seven-acre site. Inverthorn places subsidiary into voluntary administration

July 2009, London
As part of a larger restructuring plan, Inverthorn Group has placed one of its subsidiary operating companies into voluntary administration. The company in question - Inverthorn Capital, was not an investment holding vehicle. Support for regulated activities, previously supplied by Inverthorn Capital, will now be outsourced as required.
